So I made it 3 weeks on the whole 30 and I felt great. Lost a few pounds. But with being so incredibly busy with so many changes in my life (AGAIN!!) I lost the my mojo to plan all my meals and then everything went to hell. Now I'm all bloaty, itchy, and bitchy again.Soo.. Starting on the 10th, (because my birthday is the 9th) I will start over. I got some good results as far as my blood pressure, overall happiness, and general energy go. So I am going to use that as a motivator. Maybe I'll have time to post here again!

Greenman, have you tried upping your salt/potassium?
