I hit another milestone today, 45# down. Whoohoo! There were a few goals- one a good weight (35# lost), a weight that would make me happy (45#lost), and a let's see what I look like if I weigh what I did in HS if I still feel motivated (55# lost). I'm having a good time with it and feel like taking off the last 10# for fun.
Damn, CheryG, nice job!!!I'm down 5lb since getting my Fitbit and trying to up my produce and water intake. I've also cut down my serving sizes and make sure that I either go for a walk, take a shower, or something incompatible with eating before deciding if I do indeed need seconds. 90% of the time I don't if I give myself that break.
