i craved salt and potatoes like nobody's business in my first trimester and beyond!

So talking with the more affordable preschool, where she could go until Kindergarten and it is another hippy place, it is a cooperative preschool and the director has put me in touch with parents who could take DD to her current place 2 afternoons a week or watch her in general. Such nice people! DD's friend moved there in September and the mom just RAVES about it.

It's insane how much salt I want right now. Like, I want to go to Wendy's at lunch and get a burger and fries just for the salty taste.  :eyeroll:

That's great that you found a school where you can get help with the after-school care part!

I actually got up early and ran before work. That never happens! Now I can relax on a Friday night. Yay!

Great job, MM! I think I'm going to get up and go for a walk tomorrow morning. I can take a nap in the afternoon if I need to.

I talked antag into going to the worlds largest corn maze tomorrow. I hope it is really fun. One of my friends couldn't find her way out...she ended up following a group.

Oh, I was just talking about me. But it can take me a few days to lose the sodium bloat.

Well my coworker called them to get hours and they said it was closed for the season due to wind and storm damage. :(

i forgot, i was down a few lbs this morning from the highest weight i have seen since i was pregnant and that puts me only at 10lbs above summer Badwater weight  :grr:  However, looks like we are going to put DD in a new preschool starting in January and it would be me LOTS more time to run, and more time to work, so i am hoping to really knock this weight off. I am only eating 1400-1600 cals/day and running about 4 miles a day, so i do not think i am overeating or undereating. I wish i actually got to eat some good grub to gain the weight i gain. It is really depressing.

I hope it works, meri! Long, long weekend here, filled with bad food. Ugh. (The cheeseburger last night was totally worth it, though.) Back on track tomorrow.

Yeah, so Halloween has not been good for me. Ran fri, sat, Sun. though.

Tonight I made a bunch of food for the week.

I had some curry sauce and chutney in the freezer, so made curry for dinner plus three lunches. Cooked off farro and eggs. Roasting tomatoes and applesauce simmering on the stove now.

Back on track today, sort of. We were exhausted when we got home yesterday, so didn't get to the grocery store, meaning I have to come up with something for lunch. I'll probably get a sandwich from the cafe upstairs. They're not huge, but they can't be terribly healthy, but.... they're not awful, either. But after this weekend, it'll be a vast improvement.

Now, to get out of bed and take the dog for a walk tomorrow morning.

I spent the last week hiking 5-10 miles a day.  And I still gained 5 pounds, due to 5 Guys hamburgers, biscuits and gravy, grits, quiche, and spoonbread.

Now it's officially 2 months til I hit the beach in Jamaica.   It's going to be ugly.

Shut up mini. Just because google changed it, doesn't mean in elementary school, we got it wrong.

She's an awful, awful human being.

I tend to trust Mini on these issues

Did you both get your vacation time approved, Mini?
