Oh I forgot to add that i took DD and our 8yo neighbor to the amusement park for their Halloween celebration and we did NOT do their trick or treating trail and as much as i wanted pumpkin spice funnel cake (OMG, i would never consider funnel cake, but this smelled beyond incredible!) we just got some popcorn for snack. We were there 3-6pm, so it was not really more than snack time. And i resisted taking the girls to the Amish smorgasbord buffet on the way home :D

That's a lot of running cgraz.  Sounds like it was fun!  The whole hormone thing is frustrating but glad it worked out for the best.
Meri, I don't eat funnel cake often but I love it.  Pumpkin flavor sounds interesting.  You seem to be surrounded by tons of food all the time and show some great will power.

D woke up last night and ended up in the bed with me.  He was a squirming monster last night and I had bad dreams so not feeling rested.  Glad DH will be back tomorrow night.

So. Tired. We went to Houston for my niece's birthday on Saturday. We left around noon, Reid slept for an HOUR in the car. It's a three-hour drive.  :'( The party didn't start until 5.30, but we all went early to help set up (us, my parents, and my sister, her DH, and W). Got back to their house around 8, when my sister decreed that W needed "time to wind down." Given that no one in my family does anything against my sister or W, that meant Reid got (unneeded) wind-down time, too, because if we'd tried to put him to bed on time, he'd never have slept because of the noise everyone was making. So it was NINE FORTY-FIVE before he went to sleep. In a P&P. In our room.

Yeah, he woke up at 2 and didn't calm down until almost 3:30 when he finally agreed to lay down in bed with us. I don't know how y'all co-sleepers do it.  :nono:

So we're exhausted. And have eaten horribly all weekend. I have to get back on track, but now I'm at the stage where nothing sounds good, but not eating means letting my stomach get empty, and *that* means feeling nauseous. Awesome.

heh, 9:45 would be pretty close to normal bedtime for zoe. Which is why i am always exhausted! LOL.

Bolloxd-- yep, not all the time, but sometimes, there are a lot of temptations. If they were giving the funnel cake out for free, i may have had to try it. It smelled sooooo divine.

THANK YOU. God, my family drives me nuts. "Well, he needs to learn to be flexible." Whatever, he's not yet 3. He can learn to be flexible when he's older. Right now, he needs a nap and he needs to go to bed on time. Shut. Up.

well she is snoring away! she did not nap yesterday, i thought she was, but she laid in bed quiet for 90 minutes! I was shocked when i went in to wake her up to go to the amusement park! She was so exhausted that she went to bed at 7:45 last night and woke up a few times and was up for real at 7:20!!!! She has been napping over 2 hours but is snoring, she may just need the sleep. Her sleep was pretty crappy last week with her diarrhea issues.

I woke her at 4pm (2.5 hour nap!) and then we played outside a little bit. I do not want her to not sleep tonight! LOL.

Yeah, at that point I'd have woken her up, too! Unless she was still sick, of course, but it doesn't sound like that's the case.

I know this is a "good" problem to have... but I've reached the akward point where people are telling me "wow, you've lost a lot of weight, you look great" etc. I know this is a compliment... but every time someone comments on how much weight I've lost, all I hear is "jeeze, you were a fvcking fat @ss before!".

I am the same way.  MY CW's are not good at sugar coating anything.  They told me I used to look like a fat boy and now I look much better  :D

That's annoying! But I'm sure the intent was clearly to give a compliment, even though the delivery was a bit off.

I once heard someone tell another person, "WOW! You're looking fit!" And I thought that sounded so perfect. It's acknowledging you notice a change without making it seem like you sure noticed the person had been gaining weight.  :D

I'd take the compliments!!!!! LOL.

About to hop on the TM. My face is a mess with little pimples and i think my aunt flo is here a few days early. Gotta love these hormones. Have not hopped on the scale in several days, it just depresses me.

I have a strange workout issue. Lately when I run my pf will start acting up, eventually causing sharp pains through the sole of my foot...ok that I am used to but after that my foot goes numb and only slowing down to a walk fixes that. WTF?

I could try new insoles. These are new shoes...of the same style I normally buy.

could it not be PF but coming from your back? If i do not sleep well, my back acts up and it manifests as nerve pain my foot when i run. Fun times!
