WTF? Nobody has been perpetually ranting since June 29th? I perpetually rant about my colon. So, who else has something that is always a thorn in their fitness side?
Currently still raving, no rant. I hit the bottom of weight loss and am now trying to eat more, which has always been difficult point for me. I'll get over it.
I'm trying to bring things back into my diet to determine what sets off my allergies.So far, I'm totally confused. Popcorn is OK. Gluten free products are NOT OK. Still trying to decide if it's coincidence. I've tried one bread and one soy free, dairy free flour mix. I feel like crap within a half hour.
Can you explain what "feel like crap" means?
