I am so glad I gave it another go.When I did it in May, I wasn't completely 100% on board. And as a result, I ran out of ideas and just got so bored with food. I LOVE to cook. I LOVE to eat. This time around, I got so sick of feeling sick. Feeling cloudy. Tired. Irritable. Fat. So I went all in. I researched recipes. I shopped the night before and cooked the night before so I would have food for the next couple of days. I find that if I cook ahead a bit, I am more likely to have no problems. I also try to have some sort of quickie thing ready in the fridge. Soup. Grilled chicken. Tuna salad (I found a compliant mayo.) I FEEL SOOOO GOOOOD. I have no bloating issues. I feel it mostly in my gut. My clothes are fitting better. And I've lost pounds.I will say this. If you eat out at restaurants for most of your meals now, you are doomed.
