I've done it. Not hokey at all.Helped with my negative chatter and self-worth/depression/etc. I wish I'd stuck with it. I still use some of the guided imagery and relaxation techniques I learned. It didn't completely get me out of my funk, but it helped me process and deal with some of the stuff I was going through. I can totally see how it could help with weight loss. You CAN train your mind.
