Ok! I'm pretty sure there's one in Ardmore but I've never been. I went to a new fro yo place in bryn mawr that week , I think it was calmed fro creations. These places are popping up all over the place. Soon the market will be saturated!
a TCBY one opened up in Exton, soooo good, going to go tomorrow after Kohls :) I liked it better than Kiwi, but Kiwi was good and i only went to the W Chester one. yum yum yum.

The best solution to not eating much when you go out to eat is to take a set of twins with you.  I promise you will not eat very much food at all.    Otherwise, I try to drink a ton of water and then just eat what appeals to me.  I generally end up with leftovers that I can use for another meal too.

Today has been day 3 of the no-nap trend.   :yikes:  My exercise has been child focused and not running.  We have done some trail walking the last couple mornings and the kids love it.  My knee is still hurting.  I have a full day of training tomorrow so running is not likely, although I may need it to relax afterwards.

Oh, yeah, I have blue hair now... I dyed it again but left the color on for an hour instead of 15 minutes.  I think it'll last longer than before. :)

How's the training going?  Which job did you end up taking?  pharmacy tech?

I ate HORRIBLY today.

And I paid the price. I felt so sick all afternoon. All that wheat at breakfast and lunch when I had gotten used to almost none. No bueno.

So I just have watermelon for dinner. I didn't feel like eating at all.  :o

I'm doing the training for the pharmacy tech job but still waiting on the HR dept for the Labcorp job to contact me.  I think I would prefer that one, but until I hear something definite I'm still going forward with the pharmacy one.   The training is going to be a long process that starts tomorrow, then 2 weeks to complete an online course, then more time at another store training, and then at the store I was hired to work at...  lots of very corporate stuff.  I'm not overly tolerant of excessive corporate stuff...some is OK but this is OTT.

Bolloxd-- i think we are on the verge of not wanting/needing to nap anymore. She has been napping most days when she is home (sat-mon) but at school she is not napping or barely napping. Every kid is napping, so it is not like other kids are playing and the little ones are sleeping, everyone naps (the older camp kids go off campus during nap time to local pool). However, yesterday DD woke up sick :( out of the blue, fever, kept getting higher and she was PATHETIC. I think some of it was drama queen stuff, but it was pretty sad. she seems better now and woke with 99F vs 101.5 last night. Not sure if i will get a run in today. I barely slept last night with DD, she was whimpering a lot of the night and waking often. But I was so worried about her that i stayed in her room all night.

Okay, where did that wagon go? I was riding along just fine and then all of a sudden, I got bounced out into a ditch, run over, and left behind. WTF?

I don't even want to talk about the scale right now.

I have 6 weeks until our anniversary trip. Need to get back on track. Gah.

Austerity begins today. Enough of eating like a little piggy and not exercising.

Apparently we have both jumped off and been run over by the wagon. I will try to catch it so we can hop back on. ;)

Ugh. I know this probably isn't the place for it but I just can't eat. The good news is that all of my clothes hang off of me- we went to the beach yesterday and I had to wear shorts the whole time because my bathing suit bottom is so saggy that it gaps in the seat.

When I do eat, my stomach violently rejects my efforts a few hours later.

Initially DD was monitoring how much I was eating and giving me a hard time about not eating enough. So, I've been trying to eat most of my food in front of her.

I know, this is VERY disfunctional of me. Really, truly, I do. But... if this is one way I can keep my sh1t together long enough to do all the unwinding, I'm ok with it. I can fix the emotional not-eating part later.

Hard to tell how much weight I've lost in the past 1.5 weeks because I've been weighing myself on a variety of scales and I'm not exactly sure where I was when I started... but I *think* I've broke into a new decade and might be closing in on what was my ultimate goal. At this rate, I'm going to be my thinnest in probably 15 years. I need to try on my "skinny jeans". I can get back into all my skinny slacks.

Not exactly the silver lining I would have hoped for. Guess I should have signed up for the wlc afterall. ;)

MM - Good, you've been running more than I have lately, so you have a better shot at catching it. :)

RA, just be careful, okay? You're under a lot of stress right now and you don't need to end up sick on top of it.
