After seeing the pic with bootsie from this weekend, I either need to burn that shirt or stop eating.  Gah!!!

How can you not have enough water for everyone?  If you run out of bottled water, tap water in pitchers with plastic cups.  NOT rocket science!   :fiery:

I'm sorry about your bad news MM.

LOL! It was outside at a kiddie amusement park, so no taps, unless I wanted to drink out of the bathroom sink.  :whoa: And there was a snack bar type thing, but we didn't bring cash with us because I'm a dumbass and when I host a party, I make sure to have more than enough food and drink for everyone. I should have known better, though. I've known these people for my entire life, and they're all dingbats. Dumb move on my part.

they should have bought water there at cost, cause people need water! wtf?

i am up a couple lbs today. whatever. going to the kiddie amusement park with DD today, will walk my tush off for sure and we are sneaking our lunch in, so all good food choices.

Heh. Like I said, they're dingbats. It honestly wouldn't occur to them to buy water, even though they were bitching about the heat as much as the rest of us.

Anyway, the scale is coming back down, thank goodness!

MM, I am so sorry about your friend. That is one of my nightmare scenarios, being trapped like that.

Last night I had two cocktails. And then I felt sick. At first I thought it was too much too drink (for me, I'm a lightweight, though two drinks is not unusual) but now I'm not so sure. I still feel sick, more than 12 hours later.

On the bright side, I barely ate dinner because of that and my weight for the weigh in was low... Still, I'd rather not feel nauseous. It's my day off, so I'm spending it on the couch.

RA- it's ok. I overshare sometimes too :D I write a lot of posts and never press "post" :D

random thoughts from our trip today-- i drove by a Vet's office that had a big sign out front, "eat chick fil a today!" wow. And at the water park at the amusement park we went to there was a really pregnant lifeguard. I guess I never thought about it, but I never saw a pregnant lifeguard. LOL. She was rocking it and look fantabulous. The water area was really cool, it was not a pool or anything, but all these areas with water spraying out of crazy things, slides big and small and whatnot. It was surprisingly a lot of fun. I had never taken DD to that part before, because when she was only 2yo last year, she never lasted long enough to go there AFTER the rides. This park is great, at her age, 3, she can go on every ride except three at the park!

meri, how fun!  I think I'm going to take DD to a waterpark in Greenville next week.  My DH will be out of town from Thurs - Tues at a downhill bike park and DD is off from school.  I was debating the safety of taking her on my own but I think we'll be ok.

RA, glad it's doing well.  We all share a good bit in this thread so no worries either way.

Today I ate 6crackers and a slice of dry bread. And yet I weighed more in the evening than I did in the morning. Bizarre.

Here's to hoping my stomach will settle over night!
