I've been lurking but have really lost the mojo since getting back from the beach, followed immediately by time of month blahs. I haven't ran in far too long and even though I know it will make me feel better I'd rather curl up and nap. Eating sucks - plain & simple. I need someone/something to kick my ass back into gear.
I swear, I just read something about freezing banana slices and then pulsing them in the food processor to make something fro-yo-like.
i have been eating frozen banana yogurt for about 20 years a vegan place in Philly served them ages ago. LOL. I have looked at Yonana and debated it, but it got really bad reviews and you need to let the frozen bananas thaw a little before using it. I use my magic bullet with a little soy or almond milk (preferably chocolate.......) to get it blended. I am too lazy for the food processor for that. LOL.
Thanks, diablita! Yeah, I can't do the lunchtime thing, sadly. AM is pretty much my only option. That's hilarious about Jessica. Any time Reid sees the smilies, he's like, "WHAT IS DAT? MOMMY! WHAT IS DAT?" And then we have to go through every.single.smilie. *sigh*Off to start assembling things in the crockpot for tonight's dinner before I dash off to work.
