MOS, I would probably do it if you like the group and mesh well.  I am thinking I will be signing up for HIIT again, I like the "get in, get it done, get out" workout before work.

Mini....I hear you about being bathing suit ready! I leave for Maui in 4 weeks... :pissed: I am holding steady on my weight, can't seem to budge and in the last 2 days I can tell I am starting to hold water. Which means this time next month when I am in MAuiI will be holding water too!!

I am trying to stay focused on my goals, simple as they are, eat only what I brought to work, and get some exercise each day. The last few days I have been successful, so I've got that going for me. I need to make it through today at work and I am golden. For whatever reason, weekends are easier for me. As soon as I finish my coffee I am heading upstairs to the tredmilll for my morning run.  My work food will be pretty much the same as yesterday. apple w pb, berries, broccoli and chicken noodle soup.

Dewey goes in for his dental cleaning this morning. He is sleeping on my legs right now and looking very sweet. I am sure his anesthesia will go fine, but I always worry a little. Our vet loves him, she always offers to babysit them...so I know he will get good care.

Merigayle, is your DH just clueless, or is he purposely trying to derail you? That is very frustrating.

Deb....Good for you for staying on track. I didn't think tomatoes and yogurt sounded that bad together, but not honey yogurt! I prefer my cottage cheese with salsa..people at work think I am weird.

Where is Anna???

Have a good day everyone.

Meri, fries happen so don't beat yourself up.
Virtual smack upside the head for your hubby for doing that though.
Nadra, diet coke???? EEEEK diet soda is the devil.

I didn't weigh in this week because of change in work from home day but I think I am down a few tenths of a pound.
Have not been very good though, a new week of logging begins today. Hopefully I can get off this rollercoaster!

Thanks, Mouse! I'll have the yogurt for my morning snack today. :) I'm really tired today, for no particular reason. I'm also up a bit on the scale, which... whatever.

Finally weighed in. Still 4 down from the end of the challenge.  I want to lose 5 more as fast as possible, then maintain til April 28th.

How'd the dress fitting go Jamers? 4 down from the end of the challenge is awesome!

I am also in the "not swimsuit ready" camp. I have a trip to St John, with some friends, at the end of March.  :o I really need to get crackin' again. I'm running out of time!!

My tummy is unhappy with me. I'm not sure if it's the new cereal I'm eating this week or the sugar free mints I've been eating by the handful (ok, not really... but they are sweetened with sorbitol which is why they are suspect).

I ate my cereal breakfast. Lunch is tomato soup, pb & J, a string cheese and some peppers.

Nadra, diet coke???? EEEEK diet soda is the devil.

I've read the research and I'm not convinced.  I drink lots of water, I eat lots of fruits and veggies, and when I cut back on Diet Coke I tend to eat more sugary and salty snack food which is worse for me than aspartame.

I decided I couldn't live without the skirt and took it in to the tailor with the pants.  He was very impressed with how much they needed to be taken in!  Cheaper than a new skirt and new pants.

Bought mangoes and blueberries at the store today - it's going to be a sweet weekend!

It's wonderful to start to see spring produce filling the shelves- asparagus, berries, artichokes, oh my!

Oh, how I wish I could buy blueberries!!! They're delicious in smoothies, but it's not worth the trouble they cause.

That said, yay for more produce choices!

Reid is either allergic or intolerant to raw blueberries. The diapers afterwards....  :nono:

If they're cooked, like in muffins or something, he's fine. But raw? Nooooo.

Aaaaah. I don't blame you then. Blueberries grow really well in this area so they are a big favorite for us. I wish they weren't so perishable and/or that our bush was more productive. The ones you pick yourself are sooooooo much better.

I love blueberries, and so does Reid. But the last time I added some to the morning smoothie, day care called to give us a heads-up.

I have never liked it so I can't understand why anyone would drink it personally.

Ok friends, help me decide what soup to make next. I'm feeling rather uninspired. I just wrapped up tomato & barley and have a couple of servings left of yellow split pea and wheat berry. I haven't made black bean or lentil in a while. I thought about hot & sour and/or moong dal... but I'm not sure I can eat either one 2-3x/week for the next several weeks. So... help!

<---- Dumbass.  I made banana bread this afternoon as a treat for DH.  The smell is killing me.  I just ate a slice, to make sure it wasn't poisonous.  It was delicious.  Damn.

RA, I never get tired of bean soup.  I make it with black, white, and pink beans, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, onions, peppers, rice, and a bit of salazon Goya.  Sometimes add turkey keilbasa for a bit heartier soup.

That's a horse show entry form.

Oh thank God. I thought it was just me doing something wrong.
