Hmmm. My boss's boss is trying to organize a group to go to lunch. I want to go and there should be relatively healthy options. I just have to *not* get the cheeseburger.

I'm just dropping in to report that I am having one of those starving, bottomless pit of hunger type of days.     If you are edible, look out!

 :panic:

On those days, I say to myself that it means the numbers on the scale are getting ready to move.  Or I'm premenstrual.

Lunch with a friend today. We're going to pho. I haven't decided what I'm having yet.

I know the feeling! I hope it passes soon.

Today's workout kicked my ass, upped my squats by 60 pounds, and made me starving.

1. I just drank a squeeze bottle of honey.  I am trying to talk myself out of stealing a CW's peanut butter out of the fridge and locking myself in the bathroom with it.

caito, I am having one too. And I am pretty sure I am not premenstrual :D
Mini, great on the goal.
Meri! Don't fret too much about weight, you have to fuel yourself for BW!

Haven't been on, was visiting Mom in DE/going on a mega Geocaching run with buddies on Sunday. Ran Saturday morning and did a 2 hour Geocaching hike and Monday did another 90 minute hike followed by an hour later in the day so exercise wasn't a problem. Did not have a cheesesteak but I did have an awesome turkey sub from Capriotti's (it's fresh turkey) that I split in to two lunches. Also had some Scrapple. Once every two years I figure a slice isn't going to hurt me. Also, I bought a package of these super crunchy garlic rye bagel chips at the farmer's market and ate the whole bag. Ooops. I am skipping weigh in this week, mostly because I had to change my WFH (work from home) day to Thursday which is my weigh in day because I have a mammo/sono scheduled.

Mom likes me to cook for her and she loves me to make mussels but I wasn't into them so I made shrimp with asparagus and some garlic, fresh chopped tomato and flat champagne sauce over that yummy Lemon Pappardelle from TJ's. MMMMMmmmmmm it was good :)

I love pho too! The noodles don't fit with the way I am eating. I'm hoping they'll have some kind of veggie & tofu stir fry. Otherwise, I'll get a bowl of pho and eat as few of the noodles as possible.  :D

Hally and everyone else, I am definitely motivated to lose the weight. I tried really hard last year and got down to, i do not even want to say, but i was ok, not thrilled, but ok with my weight, when they weighed me in (and i did not eat for three days prior due to nerves) i weighed in 9 lbs heavier  :yikes: it was mortifying (the woman ahead of me was 112lbs and went on and on about how it was sooo much more than the year before  :eyeroll: It is really embarrassing and already having weight issues, a good motivator. We decided that if DD does not wean by her 3rd bday we will wean her that day, it is going to suck and i am already dreading it (MAY) but i hope that will be the last surge i need to lose the last weight before BW.

Congraulations Merigayle, awesome!

Easy three miles this morning.  Yogurt for breakfast, spinach smoothie for lunch and curried chickpeas over couscous for dinner.  And lots and lots of DFW.  Lots of it.  Ack.  Working from home, long dog walk coming up.  So far so good!

Ok so I am jumping back on the wagon hard. I will join WW (real life meetings) again this week or next and I am running again. I need to have no excuses...work out 6 days a week no matter what. I went 5 miles last night after no real runs for probably a month. It sucked and I had to walk a couple times...I hate having to walk.  >:(

When I tried on the wedding dress this weekend I was not happy with how I looked. My arms are all fatty and it isn't flattering.

Welcome to the dark side, MM! We have cookies Dukan Gallettes!

I'm in the same boat with workouts - now that my sinus infection is gone, no more excuses.

Exercise really helps maintain my anger issues but today a Marathon would not work....I'd still be ready to bitch slap someone.

I just remembered I have wine.  That should help.  I hope.

Congrats meri!

thanks everyone! I did ok today, except today was Panera day at DD's school, as is EVERY wednesday. How can i not sample a little here and there? and DD does not eat the crust on her crusty bread, that is the best part! I did ok. I could have devoured a lot. You should just see the boxes of pastries and breads!
