How were they?
I really like to chop... it's one of my favorite activities in the kitchen.
The transition to vegan was a lot harder than I thought. I felt I had permission to eat as much as I wanted, as long as it was vegan. Big mistake. So I binged on bread, crackers, and candy in addition to my planned meals. I think I'm one of the few people to gain weight upon transitioning to vegan.
Nope, I'm right there with you. I would weigh 300 lbs if I tried to be vegan. I just do much better with hunger control with some animal protein in my life.
RA, I'm back on track too. So now I'm back on minimal wheat and sugar. And getting on the bike trainer after work.
With me, I think it was withdrawal from dairy. I ate cheese almost every day. Now that I've been cheese-free for about a month, my body doesn't miss it as much so hopefully the binges are over.
You know what makes it really easy to be motivated to exercise? When it's your main escape from your kids and the primary source of sanity!
Meri, did you get your vitamix replaced?
Oh good! I am maybe going to pick mine up tonight Costco has the same one as BBB for $125 less, which is more than I'd save with the BBB coupon.
