I did miss it. So glad you went and very happy to read that you're ok. Were you calm during the waiting period?
Eating healthy food requires so much chopping! Today I chopped cauliflower, zucchini, onion, garlic, sweet potato, poblanos, green onion, cilantro, and radishes. If I had my own prep cook, I'd get so much more done.
So true! It is the prep that kills me. So much chopping. Sounds like you were making something really good, though!
