Not me. I'd rather be chubby than obsessed. Not that you can't be both at the same time,
I should probably say more. The original comment about the donut felt judgy to me. Maybe it wasn't.
I would rather be her than the woman who eats a donut or a muffin every day for breakfast.
Is that really disordered eating? Ideally- my way of eating calls for many tiny meals per day. So, I might eat a slice of toast with 1tsp each of pb and jelly, and a small piece of fruit for breakfast. 2 hours later I might eat 6oz of yogurt and 8 almonds. ...and so on and so forth. Of course, that is during the "lose" phase. But maintain is only a few calories more/day... so a lot seems to stay the same.
Maybe it's disordered eating when it's controlling you, and not vice versa?
Of course, in my vaguely disordered eating world, it's "Fuck, I ate an extra almond. Might as well have some chips, a Big Gulp, and a few king-sized candy bars to go with it. Fatass."
I, too, like toast. Dry toast, buttered toast, cinnamon sugar toast, any kind of toast, LOL!!! This is why I do not eat it So cashew goat cheeze is "aging" in my cupboard overnight, but so far, first lick, OMFG!
All you people who claim to love dry toast. Do you mean toast or bread? Would you just have au untoasted plain slice of store bought wheat bread as a snack? I sure as hell wouldn't. Ick.
