Yeah, that is right up there with the crazy stuff people do to vegetarians.
I was thinking the same thing. I do understand how someone who doesn't really understand the gluten free thing might thing that a little bit of flour in an entire recipe might not be a big deal, sort of along the lines of a little bit of butter in a whole recipe isn't a big deal.

We call that "hangry" 'round these parts. It's a good name for it, because it's true. Also, it always makes us laugh, which seems to help.
When is it TF? I'm considering signing up for one in march. There is a super early bird special through the first for $55... and I'm thinking of doing it. But, march seems so far away...
