I am now CONVINCED wheat is my enemy. Not necessarily gluten. Just wheat. I really like bread, breaded chicken, soups and chowders thickened with flour, chicken pot pie, pie, cookies, cake, etc etc. But when I eat it, my gut gets all bloaty and chubby. So goodbye cruel wheat. Again.
yep, up about 8lbs still. Sigh. Eating tofu scramble for bfast because all my bfast ideas are too yummy (muffins, sweet breads) and even if they are low fat, etc, i still probably eat too much. I am definitely in a rut.
and i just feel fat. I am no long up 10 pounds, but still up, too much. I hate my body right now. I do not eat crap, i do not eat a lot, it just sucks.

I don't know how you do it. I don't know how you do it. If I ate what you eat, I'd weigh 10 lbs. I've been trying to eat healthier, but I still want to eat junk, junk, and more junk.
well, i had a surprisingly good run. i needed that!
I want someone elses intestines. I am so fucking tired of diarrhea every single goddamned day...but I am 100%the healthy and it is totally normal if I try and talk to the dr. Wtf...it ain't normal!
