So, I'm trying to convince myself that it's "worth it" to get up and run tomorrow. My very "all or nothing" brain is arguing that, since tomorrow is Thursday, there's no point in getting up early tomorrow because I'll only do that for 2 days before the weekend, so why bother, just wait until Monday, no wait, wait until TUESDAY since Monday is a holiday. My common sense side is rolling its eyes at the all or nothing side and telling me to CTFU and run in the morning.
The common sense side of me knows all that. The ridiculous perfectionist side of me thinks that if I didn't get ALL my planned workouts in, the week is an utter failure and I might as well go drown myself in a vat of cheeseburgers. It's the perfectionist side I'm trying to calm.
