Ran Yesterday and have plans to run again tomorrow with friends. woo woo!!

I posted this on fb last night.. If you are exhausted, run anyway. I was seriously tired. If I didn't have plans to run with people, I totally would have talked myself out of going. So I went. And it was AWESOME. I was no speed demon for sure, but I went longer than I had planned. Then I slept like a log. snore.

Ate really well today, and am looking forward to the scale this week.

Feeling good!!

That's a bit quick. Most viruses have way longer incubation times.

Yay tricia!

My car wouldn't start this morning, so I walked to work. It was really wonderful - perfect weather and I barely limped.  It felt so good to be fairly normal.  DH figured out it was just a dead battery, so we won't have to put it in the shop.  Win!

Still no movement on the scale.   :(  I keep telling myself that it's about healthy living and not numbers on the scale, but it's still annoying.

Shut up mini. Just because google changed it, doesn't mean in elementary school, we got it wrong.

Bleh I have been having heart palpitations and went to the Dr. yesterday and she examined me and then sent me to the ER.  So I got to sit there for 6+ hours in cardiac triage with the other 70 year old men  :D   I guess I have MVP and possibly something wrong with my thyroid  :grr:

Good job, tricia!

I need a running buddy. I'm too disgustingly lazy to drag ass out of bed by myself.

onawhim, yikes!! I don't know what MVP is, but I hope you're okay!

yeah. I have to go for a bunch of heart-y tests still but probably not a big deal.   And they said there is no risk with working out so back on the horse  :D  I thought maybe I was going to have a good excuse to be lazy for life. Foiled!  :P

Ugh. Waiting at the hospital is the absolute worst! Glad to hear that things are probably ok though!

Someone went to sbucks and they made them the wrong drink... so I was gifted with a chai tea latte. Between the sugar and caffeine- I am buzzing! Good thing, too, because I have a lot to get done today and a short day.

Ugh, I just spent some time on Etsy looking at ideas for party decorations for Reid's birthday. Everything had a massive spread of delicious-looking food. Now I want cupcakes. LOTS OF THEM.
