So, what *can* I control?By October 6th (good pick, that's my bday!):1. Complete C25K already. Jesus. It's taken long enough. 2. Have a next step in training decided on3. Gone to the gym for all my scheduled training sessions - *I* will not cancel, except for the two days around our anniversary trip.4. No binges5. Eat out once per week - I'll have to get DH on board with this so it's a little less in my control. Hmmm.
