mmmmmmm Indian buffet. In Gateway? I love Indian, especially buffet. YUMMMMMMMMY.

DH and I are having a date tomorrow  :fingers: and going out for Thai. Yum. If nothing gets in the way of our plans, this will be our 2nd date in 3+ years  :eyeroll:

No, in Malvern at Royal India.. I have been to that place in Gateway though on Mother's Day a few years ago.. It was very good!

Pizza last night.  Was supposed to be a really great place.  Maybe we should have ordered one of their specialties, but the pepperoni and sausage was kind of meh.

And I was up .8 from yesterday.  But I ran yesterday.  So that's probably it.
Ellen stole my joy and I want it back!

I don't even want to say how the scale looked this morning; I don't want to jinx it for tomorrow's weigh-in.  :fingers: :fingers: :fingers:

How much of a weight swing do y'all see from day to day? Overall I'm on the way down. But it sure is disconcerting to see it go up 3 and 4 pounds, and then see it go down that same 3 or 4 pounds the next day!

What is wrong with me!?

I weigh before I go to bed most nights. Most mornings, I'm ~3lbs down from the bedtime weight. It's a pretty good gauge for me, from day to day.

This is me as well. I try not to worry about it.. You can not gain or lose that much in one day.

OK that was me this last cycle from hell. I was 2.5 weeks late and retaining water like a mofo. At one point I was up 8 lbs too. It was very frustrating.

I don't fluctuate that much, but my weight is always higher at night than the next morning. I always report to WLC with my morning weight, natch! :D

you are dehydrated in the morning. and i poop before i weigh in :D

i am not sure if i updated about my badwater concerns. i weighed in as soon as we arrived at the start of the race, before the camera crew got there! i weighed in about 5 lbs heavier than i was, last year it was about 8-9lbs and others must have said something because the dr made a comment about getting a better scale for this year. I just did it and got it over with and i think knowing what it was last year, prepared me. It was no big deal. And there were no skinny girls around either this time ;) as far as aunt flow, she came the morning after the race, in full force and lasted a whopping 8 days. I had to buy tampons at the hotel in vegas and spent $7 on a teeny box. It was 2 days early and all my girlie stuff was valet parked.

Meri, that sucks!

Scale was down this morning to a brand-new low! About 2lbs to my next goal. :w00t:

Of course, that means WW took away a point, so I'm going to have to make some adjustments.

  That is horrible to deal with a cycle like that both physically & mentally.

I've been doing pretty good with exercise lately.  At least, getting back into the running again.  7.25 miles yesterday and 4.25 previously & 5 prior to that.  Glad to have gotten past the 3 mile mark again.  I'm also ovulating so that seems to be helping my mood (and DH's mood) at the moment. :)

Tomorrow is my mom's birthday and I'm the designated chocolate cake maker.  I can't wait to eat the shit out of it.

I also had another interview on Thursday which went *really* well and just waiting to hear back from their HR department.  I would prefer it to the CVS job but I need a good offer first.  Similar hours though.  I decided I MUST buy a new interview skirt because - thankfully after I got home - as I was walking from the car to the house the damn thing dropped to my knees!!  That could have been embarrassing!

You understand. Yes it was very unpleasant even though we have moved on to our next phase and am pretty much over the whole "getting my hopes up every time I'm late" roller coaster of emotions. At least everything was normal otherwise. I was beginning to worry that something was very wrong because I had a negative hpt when I was 1.5 weeks late, and no AF for a week after that. Gah! Hormones.

I wonder if this means I'm starting menopause?  :panic:
