So, we are going to a local burger place that is known in the GF community for having GF buns.  I'm going to eat my first real burger in over 2 months and I'm STOKED.

Woot! Down a little again! YAY!!!!

Sorry - this just makes me happy because it means I *can* get myself right back on track, AND it means I didn't do horribly while on vacation. Those are both huge victories for me.

I have been asking DH daily and he is like, WOAH! the tables have turned! and then i mimic the stuff he used to say to me when i said no sex, LOL. it is quite amusing.

yep, antibiotics for 10 days, i do not want to mess around with a UTI. She is not old enough to force massive amounts of water or cranberry juice on either :D

omg! This is info I'll keep out of our rea life  :bow2: :bow2:

Debba, you should be happy about that, no need to apologize!

I am down a bit too, but I am also on steroids for a week, so I'm not sure it will last. And I'm still itchy, dammit.  :fiery:

Sorry about the steroids! What happened? I missed a lot, I think.

And thank you! I'm pretty fired up about it, overall, even though the number itself is still rather (extra) large. :D

I'm down a pound since post-Tuesday's run.  Although I'm not sure that weighing after a run really tells me much.  Maybe it's just telling me that I'm really sweaty, which I already knew.

I ate chicken parmesan and rice last night with a side of spinach and a couple of canned biscuits.  I thought I was eating the right amount of food, but I was hungry not long after eating.  But not so hungry that I bothered to eat anything else or that I couldn't fall asleep at bedtime.
Ellen stole my joy and I want it back!

If you've never heard of them, you definitely don't have them where you live :D

Chiggers are the devil's spawn, I'm sure of it.  Those little fuckers are awful.  I won't even walk in the grass when I go home to KS, let alone sit in it.

I'm STARVING.  I need to take a quick shower (killer workout, y'all!) and go find some lunch.

On a more on-topic note, I am hungry! And I have nothing for dinner (at work until 8). I will have to be strong and avoid the temptation of DQ...

Well, I didn't. On the bright side, I only had a hot dog and fries, and I ate than less of the fries.

Now eating nectarine for dessert. I should have started with that and the whole DQ episode could have been avoided. Ah well...

ETA: well crap, I meant to quote and instead apparently I edited. Oh well some more...

Ugh.. three days of baddish eating.... Not horrible.. but not good... Need to get back on track with my fitness pal logging.. started with out to dinner with my daughter, where my plan was to get the dinner salad with chicken or salmon... last minute switch to steak fajiata wrap, which came with fries.. and we also got fried calamari..

Then a spontaneous lunch with a friend yesterday... Indian buffet!  I tried tobe careful.. but still.. Indian food  :yikes:

Last night I was famished at around midnight so I ate crackers and peanut butter.. just to prove that you can binge on food that isn't even good !  It's not only chips and cookies  that kind of stuff I can't keep in the house.. I think I need to get rid of crackers as well..

OK.. logging today and back on track.. I have running goals I want to make!

DH and I are having a date tomorrow  :fingers: and going out for Thai. Yum. If nothing gets in the way of our plans, this will be our 2nd date in 3+ years  :eyeroll:
