God I love Mac and cheese. But that is SO not on my food list, but one I will indulge in if it's done right.Tonight I made a vegetable omelet for dinner and some rye crackers. So good!! I wanted so bad to stop at the Thai place on the way home, or Chipotle.. but I made myself go home first to see what I could make that fits in my plan. Sure enough.. boom. eggs. Delicious. And ready in mere minutes.
We did a ton of yard work today, so that was my workout. I'm so tired right now, but I don't hurt, at least not yet. Eating has been okay - not great, but not horrible, so I'll take it.
