FML. I didn't lose an ounce last week, and now I just want to chow down out of sheer frustration.   I hate it when I feel like this.  It's 10 am and I want a pizza.  Not a slice, a pizza.

Shut up mini. Just because google changed it, doesn't mean in elementary school, we got it wrong.

Tamari is gluten free soy sauce i thought?

Nope...both contain wheat. But gluten free versions of both exist.

3 miles on the trails with DH.  The weather is perfect today and I've been able to get 2 weeks of laundry finished.  It seems like Dad is missing mom's cooking since He called to see if I had any spare food.  Ha.

Meri that's cute.

I ate the majority of a huge bag of M&Ms last night.   Hard core PMS.  I woke up at 430 with horrible cramps.  Luckily I took a percoset and got to sleep it off.  Rachel was up at the same time so she got some cuddles too.  Work was a blur today and I have no idea how I got home.

Curry for dinner.

Omg. Stopped for dinner on the way home from the airport. Hopped on the scale after we unpacked. :o

And that's *after* we walked all over hell's half-acre while we were in NOLA. Holy shit.

Austerity begins tomorrow.

and i had a last minute appt scheduled this afternoon at work, so no run for me today :( oh well.

i feel like a blob. my hormones are out of whack. yesterday was CD 17 and i had spotting, no signs of ovulation this cycle and I bled for like at least 10 days this cycle. So fun times for all, indeed.  :eyeroll: and my back is a MESS, mostly, i think, from sleeping in DD's room. We are trying everything to not have me lay in bed with her at night, but she gets so upset and i cave and i fall asleep in there. ugh.

So, I did better in NO than I thought - pretty much broke even. Yesterday was awful, because DH didn't pack us lunches - we were too tired when we got home and unpacked - so I bought mine. Um.... yeah. Not a good plan.

We're having frozen pizza for dinner tonight, but otherwise, I should be back on track. Ugh. Now I have to start getting up in the mornings.

i am really thinking about getting back to the 5:30am runs, though with DH's new job (3 months there) I could probably do 6-7am, though DD generally wakes up around 6:45am. We will see. I really need something to give.

 :sidesplit: meri

those are hilarious!  I'm all kinds of cranky and you just made me lol.

I am fasting today, until sundown.  I'm usually ok until later in the day but I had to start on the Zyrtec (I give up; can't handle the miserable allergy symptoms) so I've been hungry and grrrrouchy since about 10 am.

I am struggling. I wish I could figure out my issues but I just cannot seem to stick to an eating plan and I can't manage to make myself workout.

My back is still hurting and now it is going down my leg (which makes me think sciatic) and I am afraid to run.

i suffer from back pain. I often find that running helps, it loosens me up. Also, stretch out your piriformis, some people, their sciatic nerve runs thru there and can get impinged and running tightens all those lovely things up. And advil. lots of it. My back is a mess this week and advil helps for a few hours at a time.
