Track workout today! A distance running track workout, as opposed to a sprinting track workout. I did 8 x 400m repeats with 200m rest.
I did not race at our weekly track meet last night. Sprinting the day after hill repeats = pulled groin or pulled hammy. My goal race is one week from today- our running club's 200 meter + 1 mile challenge. I am aiming to defend my long-time age-graded 200m crown (~24 or 25 seconds).
