If you are interested- I have similar recipes for plumbs, rhubarb, and prunes...all of which are super yummy and great with yogurt, as an oatmeal topper, etc.

Oh, I was going to say that you have to be careful with portions- but you figured that out. It might be 0pts for 1 serving...but more than that does have points. Like the 0pts soups is only 0pts if you eat one serving of it. Or it used to be.
yeah, but I don't really get that... so I could eat 1 serving of apple sauce every hour and it would be 0 points... but if I eat 3 servings at once, it's points. That part doesn't make sense to me.
