What do you take and where do you get them? Any special kind I should be on the look out for?
I just grabbed a box off the shelf at CVS. They are not cheap. I think I have the Culturelle brand, or something like that.
Go to Whole Foods and ask them.
I mean why would I need to take them if I have no issues? I think I get all the fermentation I need from all the kimchee I eat!
If you are feeling fine then there is no reason to take them.
