being vegetarian helps in this department :D

Not really. Being vegan, probably yes. But, fritos and coke are totally veggie. Lots of options at taco bell, taco time, and the breakfast sandwhiches at jack in the box are yummy, and available all day.  :d

Oh and DD's current school says they may not want her for only 2 afternoons (and when the other school is closed) a week  :'( So they will let me know tomorrow, which means we would not start DD until Jan, but i really wanted to start her in 1.5 weeks. We are going back in  alittle with DH to look at the school again. I am so upset with DD's current school that even if they say ok, i may find alternate plans. :( BUT part of me thinks i am just listening to my emotions and making rash decisions :D

Uh, her current school director sounds bonkers. I don't think you're making a rash decision.

They said no and i actually almost cried. Even though we have had issues over the past month or so, it has been a really nice place for Zoe, i just think she is ready to move on and i guess they cannot accept that. I asked about camp and they said they need to know in Feb/March, IF they have space for her :(

Ugh, I'm sorry they're being so difficult. :( Do you have other options for those two days?

The new place gave me a mom who was interested and i talked to her. SHockingly professional (for another hippy school), she watches a few kids in her home and she could pick DD up those two days and watch her. She is child abuse cleared, FBI cleared and is about to be certified as a home care provider for children. She is sending me references next and we are meeting her tomorrow afternoon :) Whew. Seems like everything is falling into place.

Excellent!!!

In food-related news, I think I'm going to quit WW for the rest of the pregnancy. It's too hard to manage points right now, and I'm really trying to focus on maintaining. I'm tired of the software being concerned for me since I'm not losing weight. :) Plus that's almost $20 a month.

Debba, I think that is a good decision.  :)  Maybe just focus on eating whole foods as much as possible and not beating yourself up?

I just rejoined.  Now I need to actually TRACK something.  :D

My trainer just KILLED my abs.  Holy shitsnacks.  I've got some steamer veggies and a yogurt for lunch.  My boss and I are going for a 2 for 1 starbucks treat this afternoon, so I'm saving 3 points for a skinny peppermint mocha.  Mmmmmmm.  It will be just the ticket.

I'll never be able to stop beating myself up, at least, not for a long, long time, and likely not without therapy, which isn't an option at the moment, so.... eh. But I am going to quit for the time being. It's stupid to pay for it when I'm not trying to lose, but rather maintain and then control the gain.

Who the hell would do that?

Not to mention, that I don't know how noticeable 10 pounds really is.

she is a foreign born physician, so to her, it was probably a totally appropriate comment, but yeah, not so much  :fiery:
