right back at Jessica! Meri, that's a big drop from 7%! next week.We were out of oj, so I had dry cereal (bran flakes) with blue berries for breakfast. It wasn't too bad, but a little liquid would have been nice. I have a tiny bit of pasta pesto with chicken leftover for dinner. It won't be enough for dinner, but enough that I won't feel tempted to go to DQ this evening when working late.
I only eat dry cereal! The #1 reason to run 135 miles? Refueling! And in vegas no less. Lol

LOL, fake nachos is just what I call them - they're the chips smothered in melted processed cheese that you get at the movies or ball games. Normally I'd say they're gross as hell, but for some reason, in a sports venue, they. are. delicious.
That's really interesting about the carbs and the protein cravings... Hmmm. What about something like quinoa? Or bulgur? And yeah, that cheese with the chips and a big ol' soda at a ball game? That's pretty much perfection. Especially when you don't like hot dogs OR beer. And around here "velveeta and rotel dip" is called queso. And it.is.delicious.
