Oh! One other HUGE thing I have cut out- Caffeine. Yup. No coffee. No tea. No soda.
I dealt with one day-long caffeine withdrawal headache. I waited it out and suffered until is passed because I knew if I had caffeine, I'd have to start again the next day. So here I am. A month so far, without coffee. I still crave it sometimes, and believe me, it takes some serious control to say no when you're surrounded by it.
Lucky. I gave up caffeine once and had to suffer through a weeklong pounding headache. Never again!
