I think you're right. I might be bored. I run in pretty much the same areas when I do get out there.Maybe I just need a change of scenery?
Speaking of, holy moly my group trainer workouts this week were HARD. I was sore for two full days after the one on Monday, and why I'm not sore right now (from yesterday) is really a mystery. If ya'll are interested, I can post the workouts here.
I assume that mcdonalds at 2am qualifies as a bad choice. That and all the alcohol that led up to that decision.
Speaking of being hungry, I swam only 20 laps and seem to be famished. I didn't eat much lunch but am extraordinarily hungry -- is this from the swimming? If so I may not do that again, as good as it felt.
