I love salt, but when I eat things high in sodium and preservatives, I retain water like nobody's business.
Salting a dish at home makes no diff to me in the water retention department... but salty processed foods do.
I sweat like a pig, and turn bright freakin' red when I exercise, too.
Good morning, everyone! Glad to hear everyone's doing well! I slept in this morning, but had an ass-kicking workout last night, so I'm okay with it. I'll be lucky if I can raise my arms over my head later. Oof. Took the train again this morning, which I LOVE, so had a nice 10-minute stroll from the station to work. Dragged out a skort I'd bought last year and it still fits (yay!), so I wore that this morning. I need about 10 more. I need a better breakfast idea. I think I'm going to go back to making smoothies most mornings. Right now, I'm just snarfing down a mini-bagel in the car on the way to drop off Reid, and it's getting me through to my mid-morning snack, but eh. It's not a *bad* option, I just think I can do better. I'll have to contemplate my options.
It's more that Reid is likely to steal it.
