i got about 70-75 mins on the TM, only one run for me today. I was PISSED, the Biggest Loser Finale was not ready on Hulu this morning :( I may actually watch it when i get to the office while doing my paperwork, or i can save it for tomorrow's run, but i am afraid of spoilers :D I would rather save it for the morning.

Blah, I was going to get up and do yoga this morning, but I was wrecked after last night's ass-kicking with my trainer, so I didn't make it. Back to running tomorrow morning, and I'll try again for yoga on Friday.

Well, the scale is moving in the right direction, so I'm glad about that. My eating hasn't been perfect but I'm just trying to hang in there as much as possible and avoid things I really shouldn't eat (like candy and booze) but don't have the energy really to follow a plan right now. Yesterday I had my i-diet breakfast (fiber cereal +3tbs granola and 4 prunes). I met a friend for lunch and had a small (2x2) square of corn bread and ordered a salad. I picked the cheese and the beets out of the salad but I just wasn't hungry so I didn't eat much of it. Last night I made a salad of bell peppers and lettuce (because that was all I had!) and then sauteed peppers, onions and spinach and had it with a field roast sausage. I almost didn't eat the second part of it but once Istarted eating it, and it tasted good, I was able to keep eating.

I had my idiet breakfast again this morning. I don't have a lunch and don't really have a plan. I'm feeling like a bit of a mess.

I have to go show a horse tonight and make grain baggies. I am guessing there is an excellent chance that I will go out to dinner with some people from the barn after. We'll see how I feel.

The scale was up a bit this morning, but I expected it, given the workouts yesterday morning and last night. Lots and lots of DFW today!

I feel less fat today.  I was really bloated yesterday, PMS, etc.    It seems to have eased a bit today.  Whew.

DFW - Delicious F'n Water.

And RA, yes, be gentle with yourself. You have a lot happening right now. One thing at a time.

So I was down a pound and a half this morning compared to yesterday. Dont quite get it but I will take it.

Yesterdays eating was good:
Cereal and blueberries for breakfast
leftover BBQ veggies and shrimp for lunch with an orange, some carrots, and sugar free jello (note the carrots were not in the jello)
cheese and apple as snack
Banana as 2nd snack
Vegan potato leek soup for dinner
WW ice cream bar for desert

I will say that I was shocked at how thin some of the folks got and shocked at how chunky some of the ones who weigh less than me still look.

i always get upset when they weigh less than me :D But i also feel good when i look at them and they weigh much more than me (like 20 lbs) and look awesome, and i think, maybe i am overly critical of myself............

Oooohhhh what was the name of that blog we were ripping apart a while ago where the girl sprinkled powdered jello on her veggies?   :D

Meals & Miles or something, right?

Veggies do not belong in jello.  In fact, nothing belongs in jello.  Gross.
