Is the wedding tomorrow??? woo hoo.. that came up fast!
At my water consumption peak, I might have been close to 2 gallons a day, but that's water. And I don't think I quite made it to 2 gallons.
probably at my highest, while nursing and parched, i drank around 100-120oz/day. now i am in the 60-80oz mark.
I hope someone is here to talk me down from making brownies!
Don't make brownies. Focus on your goal. Have some fruit.
I'm baaaack! I have been eating crap for the past month. I'm ready to get back to it tomorrow. I restart with stage 1 of the "idiet" tomorrow. I have all of my food and I'm ready to go. I have felt like such crap the last two weeks, I'm excited to start feeling better and continue my progress toward my goal.
Speaking of poop.I've been having some strange IBS-like things happening the last couple of days. Like EVERY time I eat I get light cramps, feel a bit nauseated, then I usually have to GO. I haven't pinpointed anything weird I've eaten. I could only eat half a sandwich before I started feeling sick. Do I have a tape worm?
I had an odd weekend, myself... I wish I knew what brings stuff like this on.I used to wish I had a tapeworm, because I thought I could eat whatever I wanted and be skinny.
Stuff like this happens to me also. I know that accidentally ingesting soy is a trigger but I have no idea whatt other triggers are.
Meri- I haven't been around much the past couple of weeks- did you have the mirena removd? Did the dr give you any idea of how long until you might see any potential benefits from having it removed?
