Grease really messes me up right now. I suspect (and have suspected in the past) that my gallbladder isn't functioning at 100%, and having problems with greasy food is one of the symptoms. Which sucks, because a cheeseburger is one of my favorite things ever. :(

I suspect I have gallbladder problems also. But it always clears up so I havent asked my Dr about it.

I got on the scale yesterday.   :(  I guess I have been eating too much.  Or to put another spin on it, not exercising enough - like not more than short walks for my dog.  I NEED to run but I am just having so much trouble getting up.  I have been really late to work everyday as it is.

Yeah, normally it comes and goes, but I think being pregnant is exacerbating the issue.

My SIL had terrible gall bladder issues at the end of her 2nd pregnancy, and a pregnant gal at work just had hers removed.  I hope yours starts behaving, Debba!

Blech. Feeling kind of yucky today. DD is home from school with what sounds kind of similar. Headachey, unhappy tummy, overall "blah" feeling.

My allergies are attempting to kick my ass. They haven't succeeded so far, but they've definitely landed a few good hits.

OBH said in another thread that the cedar pollen is starting to bloom. That usually kicks my ass, so I'm betting that's what it is. The acupuncture is helping, though. Normally I'd feel much, much worse.

Yeah, we've got mold, too. That's pretty much a constant irritant. Combine it with seasonal pollen, and my ass is usually kicked. The acupuncture is helping, though.

Allergies are so sucky. They've wrecked a lot of my work outs lately.
I don't have time for laundry; I'm trying to have a great life.

Ugh, we got a little cold front in yesterday (maybe Tuesday, now that I think about it) and it's kicking up more pollen. I woke up this morning to post-nasal drip, a swollen tonsil, and general crappy-feeling-ness. I'd like to go back to bed now.

So i did an hour or so on the TM, some walking, some running, probably 4.5-5 miles. Felt ok, but when i sleep crappy i get searing nerve pain in my foot (from my back) and it was relentless. So, my RD friend is totally convinced i have some thyroid issues that are not showing up on blood work, with the weight issues, low body temperature, etc. Anywho, I started some thyroid supplements and i really think they are making a difference. It has been 2-3 weeks. Oh and i have not gained a pound and have been eating cookies! LOL.

I suck.  I don't even like turkish delight.  But there's a box of it 6 feet from my desk and I've been noshing on it all day.  Damn.   :(

Shut up mini. Just because google changed it, doesn't mean in elementary school, we got it wrong.

what are you taking? I have symptoms that do not correlate with blood work as well.  It is very frustrating.  I am sourced out to a law office today and there was a catered lunch.  Lemon bars in my mouth!  :D
