Colder and wetter today with a temperature of 47° and a steady drizzle. I did a 3 mile tempo run which helped to fend off the chill and allowed me to stay in shorts so I didn’t end up with soaked pants.

Had the day off work so got to run in the sun and it was actually sunny!

6 miles and 8x20 seconds at mile pace for a total of 7.12 miles. Feeling ready!

I did my first double of this new training cycle. 3 miles easy in the morning on ski trails and then 7 miles around the lakes in the city with some friends.
