Ran 12 on the rail trail, with 1st mile as a warm up jog, then the next 5 kind of easy and last 6 alternating between low 7s and mid-high 7s, keeping my heart rate sub 130. Taper time.

Same as yesterday. Worked a Halloween Run in the morning. Ate, took a nap, and went for a run. 10.6K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

What are you tapering for?

I did 4.5 recovery after my long Saturday. If it weren't for my knee I would have felt fresh actually.
