Rest day, but since I just spammed the forum with my training log for the last week, I figured I’d post on today’s to maintain a semblance of temporal order.

Also, about 1.5 km schlepping around the airport, moderately laden.

23*C and much cooler up here north of the 40th parallel.

Cooler here too, but with some wildfire smoke. 23K worth of biking, and then an 7.5K run at sunset.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Ran a mile road race. I got 4:55 but I was shooting for 4:40. Definitely realized that the young bucks have the advantage in mile speed, I got 5th out of 352 but everyone in front of me and the next 6 after me were 18 or younger.

Definitely fast, I haven't raced a mile since I was one of those youth. I guess my memory is better than my legs lol
