I made buffalo cauliflower wings yesterday per bf's request. Took a few recipes and made my own. I battered them and air fried them and then covered in the buffalo sauce. He was really impressed with them.
i have a fabulous recipe for beer battered portobello mushrooms which is just out of sight. i served them at a party and they disappeared (even the affirmed meat eaters were impressed). i'll find it.
This was what I consider a free recipe. I happened to have everything in my pantry just waiting to be used.
