Okay is everyone prepped and ready to stay in? What did you stock up on? How much food do you have? What are you planning to make?

Mmm cinnamon rolls
Not officially quarantined here though we’re now allowed to congregate yet. It’s time for me to put up the yearly batch of limoncello anyway so I made sure to hit the store today

Also stocked up on less exciting frozen cauli rice, fish filets and veggie burgers (Boca and Beyond) in big quantities. And canned soup b/c the fam loves it.
I'll probably make a pie on Saturday and if DD actually has school on Monday will make another on Sunday for her to take with.

We're borderline preppers. We're good. I'll get a giant sack of flour to keep the bread flowing. And lotsa wine.

Meh. I stocked up a couple of weeks ago on a few items and we're still good. I'm probably going to a whole foods prime now order tomorrow as we could use some fresh stuff.
This week we'll probably do tacos, mujadarra, maybe a pasta dish, and either home-made ramen or a stirfry.

I feel like I’m gonna do a bunch of baking.
I didn’t buy anything special but I have all the main ingredients, like Rio I usually have a pretty well stocked pantry.

no bread to be found at our local market. so we picked up two jars of fleischmann's yeast (to add to the stash in the freezer) and a couple bags of whole wheat flour and i guess i'm baking a few loaves this weekend.

So far every place I’ve gone has been totally out of flour. But loads of bread.

My weekly box of prepared meals arrived today. That was kind of reassuring and it got me wondering whether these meal services might not be accidental beneficiaries.

probably so radial
Currently making a chocolate mousse pie with DD and her sleepover friend so they can eat it tomorrow. Very important to have pie tomorrow. And now I wonder if our local pie place (Baked) will have their usual out the door lines. Poor ladies, they built an awesome business from scratch. We may have to go patronize tomorrow if the parking lot isn't full.

Today at Walmart:
No paper products.
No bleach.
No surface cleaners.
No bread.
Almost out of bottled water.
Very little chicken.
The shopping cart crew was not able to get the used ones back into the store fast enough.

Made this from the odds & ends of some oats & nuts. Pretty good but not as good as my usual recipe.
