Track workout today!  (But not a sprint workout).  Workout is 15 x 60 second repeats with 60 seconds rest.  I am promoting this to the club as "How far can you run in 60 seconds?".  Of course it's not an all out sprint, so that isn't quite accurate, but whatever gets folks to the track is ok with me.
