Sunday - beetroot and feta burgers, 
spinach salad rutabaga oven fries (spinach salad for lunch, so we changed plans)
Monday - 
Syrian-style lentil soup black bean soup
Tuesday - 
either leftovers from Sun or Mon, or, breakfast for dinner 
using something from the freezer (probably baked beans and fish cakes... maybe moose sausage and eggs...) okonomiyaki!
Wednesday - dinner w/MIL at 
The Stone JugThursday - diablita's Moqueca!  I'm very excited to try this
Friday -  neighbourhood potluck - will probably bring antijitos
