Wanted to do some ice skating this morning, but my neighbourhood ice pad was closed for some reason. Secondary rink was over run with primary school kids. Maybe tonite.

7K morning run commute.


2K back in the evening from subway station. Did not what to run back into the windchill all the way home.

With threats of afternoon sleet, I got out early this morning, and it took a good 6K for the legs to loosen and get some decent life in them. Managed to get my monthly half marathon distance run in. 21.3K
