3 mile run with six 1 minute strides. No end goal and no plan, but really feel myself slowing down too much lately.

That's kind of a Mona fartlek. Good workout!

13 with 2X 2 mile tempo, a tad under marathon pace, and 4X1-1:20 getting down to 5K pace.

2 mile warm up, 4x90s60s30s(half marathon, 5k, mile effort respectively) up hill with a jog back down between each run, then 2 mile cool down. Ended up being just over 8 miles. My first creative workout from my coach and I had a lot of fun.

Chilly enough for a light long sleeve shirt and a pair of thin gloves for the warm up and cool down. My hands get chilly quicker than they used to. I also was out past dark without a headlamp 🫣

Nice job!

90th marathon?! I don't know much about marathoning, that's cool that they have pacers for various paces. How do you differentiate them?

Pacers are carrying a sign on a stick with their finishing pace time on it.

I organize pace rabbits for a few races in my area and we give the pacer a cap with rabbit ears on them with their pace time written on the ears, as well as a sign and a pacer shirt.

9.1 miles on rolling trails. I was tired today after a busy weekend and putting in 100 miles over the past 10 days. I have a mid-long run tomorrow and then dialing it back some for the upcoming 5K and marathon.

I had the day off and I was able to beat the rain. It was a cold, drizzly wind but it didn't start downpouring till after I got back.

5.5 miles and 8X strides. I hired a coach who went to my high school. He's ten years younger but he won the Mohawk Hudson River marathon yesterday and coaches the guy who won the half.
