60 min spin bike this AM, watching replay of World Athletics XC championships from two weeks ago--I was actually there in person but now got to watch the video today.

3.4 miles easy PM, -4 F. Cold but bearable.

5 mile progression run, 4x200 at mile pace, 1 mile cool down. Just under 7 miles.

4km total- 1st mile hike, next 1 k beach run zone 2.
Finish with a one mile down+up big hill repeat at 20% grade and zone 4 coming up.

I ran about 6.8 miles (33 laps) in the indoor soccer facility nearby. It was so cold outside (-22) that the inside temp was only in the 40s. I had to stop after the first two miles and grab my gloves.

Yup, cold one. Windchill at -10°F. Aim was for 5-8K, but with the extra layers, heated gloves and neoprene toe covers, managed 10.3K.

3.5 on the treadmill. Finally felt pretty good running after a week of weird fatigue.
