Sunny here today, although only 47°. Still that was shorts weather for my 5 mile zone 2 run today.

5.3 miles easy on the indoor track. Only running 3X a week this month, with skiing on the other days. 50K skate race on Saturday.

Dry and warmer 55° day. I did a 1 minute - 2 minute interval run 3 miles in total.

Had the day off so I got a whole run in the light. I couldn't find a track, trail, or path with no snow so I just used the road.

2 mile warm up, 8x800 meter with 400 jog between, and 2 mile cool down for a total of 9.74 miles. Kicked my butt.

6.9 miles around the city lakes, paths were 100% snow and ice covered. Pretty tired from Sunday's 32 km ski race.

4.6 miles outside. Basically a heat wave at 26°F, no wind, and I got 15 minutes before I had to turn on my light!
