The weather was downright warm here. Starting at 49°F and ending 55°F all sun and no wind.

I got a personal best in the 10K in 35:24 on a really hilly course. Got first overall and a baker's dozen cookies for it.

Had my first immunotherapy infusion yesterday and so kept it to an easy 3 mile run today. Weather was about 50° and sunny. Felt a lot colder though for some reason.

6.4 miles with a few strides, felt a little better this time. Springlike, 45 degrees and sunny.

Worked till early evening, so missed running in the peak warmer weather. 11.3K after work. Took a bit of time to get the legs loosened up.

Beautiful weather. It was 45°F and sunny!

Pre race prep, just a short mile run and then I tried out my newest shoes for some strides. The PuMA Fast-R Nitro Elite 3, they feel noticeably faster than my Nike Vaporfly 4(and the 3s I used to have) on flats but man oh man do they rip on a downhill. I'm particularly excited for that downhill advantage because I usually lose going down the hill what I gained going up it.

Tomorrow race time is 10:30 and it's supposed to be in the 40s already by then. I'm not sure if I should go with a really light merino long sleeve or a singlet. Will be my first shorts run of the year for sure.
