It's funny... I had to sign for a delivery today and I always try to make it be my real signature, or a semblance of.  The guy snatched the phone before I got my first initial done   He's clearly used to people just swiping a line.

Another treadmill day to avoid the 10°F dark, windy, snow covered roads.

2 mile warm up, 3x1 mile at 6:05-15 pace w/90 second jog between, 2 mile cool down for a total of 7.68 miles.

Usual work run commute, but with some detours to avoid unplowed sidewalks and snow clogged streets. 7.3K to work and 2K in the evening from nearest subway station home.

27*C and 72% RH. No snow here, just warm and sticky.

250m vertical so (at 5% overall) the average grade for the out and back course was 10%

Good vert but not super fast. Fun combo of concrete road and rocky dirt double track.

I would love those conditions lol Woke up to -3°F today

5.6 miles on the treadmill.

I had the day off work and spent the whole day outside shoveling, plowing, and trudging through almost two feet of snow. I still almost went outside for a run but I'm glad I didn't because when I left to get some food the roads were still awful.

City is digging out of almost two feet of snow from yesterday's storm, with most sidewalks still to be plowed and streets narrow and unsafe for running. 50 minutes on the dreadmill then.

Zone 2 run over a mildly hilly course for 5 miles today. Temp was 43° under mainly gray skies.

11km split between out and back run to lunch. The return was just a walk. Went for it on a short Strava segment, didn’t have it to crack top ten.
