Another gray but dry day here on Puget Sound. Temp was up at 63°. I did an easy 5 miles today.

Mid afternoon 10K run after morning rain. Compared to what they are getting down south, I'll take it.


Legs a little stiff and took a while to get loose.

Worked a morning race. Got home, ate, took a long nap and went out for a late afternoon run of 19K a bit less than tempo pace.

Didn't plan to run today, as I had a long day of working at a race event. Turns out I had led out a trio of Kids who started the Kids 1K Run. Then I led out a pickup van going to pick up volunteers, jogging ahead of it and clearing the way of walkers for a mile, then turn around to lead another volunteer van back to the start, doing the same thing.

Run commute home from downtown. 11K. Garmin has 104 meters of climbing and only 17 meters downhill.

Whew, summer like heat and humidity today, feeling like 80°F.  Triple 7 for me. Rode bike 7K to store and led Run Club for 7K. Then road 7K back home.

Usual Tuesday morning and evening 7K commute. Felt like summer weather on the early evening run home.
