3 miles. Gonna have to change my running to earlier in the morning to avoid the heat. It was only mid 70’s, but I fear I am not adapted.

Led out Run Club for 5K, with a really good 200 meter hill at 3K. 14K worth of bike commuting as well.

Worked a Grade School X-C meet in the morning. So great to see the excitement of Grades 3 to 5 running on a beautiful sunny Spring day. Only two kids went down on the mass start hole shot, and got back up to finish the race.


11.6K late afternoon run after getting home a grabbing some late lunch.


The  went on a 19K bike ride to a memorial ride and ghost bike installation for a bicyclist that was killed last week by a truck. Recent immigrant delivering for UberEats.

Supposed to be getting stormy this afternoon before we start a warming trend later this week. Got 4 miles in before the rain arrives. Bit windy and 54°, pretty close to perfect for a run actually.
