9K. Went from a high of 85°F around noon to 70°F for my early evening run.

Windows are wide open to air out the house right now.

Did about 3 in the heat. Distance nothing to write about except as I was running, I came across a doe and 2 fawns. As I was coming up on them, they noticed me and started running away from me down the for about 50 yards so it looked like I was chasing them. Then they stopped and turned into the woods. I thought it was pretty cool.

Run faster and maybe you can catch them!

I love running with nature.

Chemo infusion Friday and Into the low 80°s here today, but got my very sweaty 4 miles in anyway. The weather forecasters indicate this level of warmth is going to hang around for a while. Hopefully I’ll adapt.
Wow… I was about to post about my rough run Sunday.
Yours sounds rougher, so I won’t complain.

12 k trail run, only 24*C (but super humid).
I was fine for the first 6k, but dialed back before the turnaround. Took a potty break and I was ready to go again.
1.5k later, had to back off. Another km and I needed to walk, I was exhausted and had mild chest pain. Walked it on in. Hopefully it was nothing. But I may get it checked out if I experience something similar again.

Once more, 4 sweaty, hilly, and warm miles staying in the shade as much as possible. Given my 78 years, my Perplexity AI coach advised me to use a hydration pack. So, at each mile mark,  I sipped while running. Actually did seem to result in quicker recovery.

4.6 on the treadmill. Everything outside is flooded and it's still pouring so I'm not going out till I have to.

Out early at 8am to beat the heat, and incoming wildfire smoke.
