8 miles…first 5 with friends from work, then we ran (not raced) a 5K our coworker coordinated and our company sponsored.  Then we ate eggs.

ETA: Funny how you can feel like such a badass on a run, and then feel like a creaky old lady 5 hours later.

Out with a friend for just over 8 miles, early this morning. Then 75 min yoga class, that started with a bunch of foam roller stuff :heartbeat:.
