Ugh inflamed ligament behind my knee 2 weeks pre marathon

And it's not taper imagination.. Two massage therapists confirmed... I've been dealing with the PF all training and thought that was the most of my worries.... Ice is going to be my friend all weekend I guess... Boo!

I never ran a marathon without incurring some sort of injury beforehand.  You'll be fine.

Well the injuries usually happen before taper... And I've been dealing with the PF all along... Just hope the ice helps this!

Please take it easy!! I keep trying to stress that! Better to toe the line undertrained than overtrained and injured!

Please take it easy!! I keep trying to stress that! Better to toe the line undertrained than overtrained and injured!

It didn't happen on a fast, long or hard run :(
