My 3.3 mile hill run.
Sprint triathlon. Boom. Best swim ever, for me. Solid bike, headwind was a bitch. Legs felt like I was running through pudding but I put down a strong run time.ETA...just took a closer look at results, and previous tri times. Big PRs in triathlon paces across the board, huge. I'm pretty happy with that.
Wish I understood what I think is altitude here... feet?
